Dale Davidson has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, elder law, business planning probate, trust administration, veterans’ benefits and special needs planning. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families plan for the future. He also understands the stress and legal issues involved in dealing with families in crisis such as a loved one going into a nursing home, passing away, or the termination of a business.
Mr. Davidson was born at the Homestead Airforce Base in Homestead, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science, from Florida State University, his Juris Doctorate degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University and his Master of Laws in Taxation from The University of Florida Levin College of Law Graduate Tax Program.
Mr. Davidson is a member of the Florida and Georgia State Bars. He is also a member of several leading professional organizations including the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, Elder Counsel and Academy of VA Pension Planners. He is a Charter Member of Elder Care Matters Alliance and a founding member of ElderCare Network, LLC. Mr. Davidson serves on the regional board for the Alzheimer’s Association and the Thomas County Board for Easter Seals.
Curran Kim Porto has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of taxation, estate planning, elder law, business planning probate, trust administration, veterans’ benefits, special needs planning, and real estate matters. He has dedicated his career to assisting others and believes that the practice of law bestows an obligation upon him, as well as other attorneys, to empathize with his clients, and compassionately construct solutions that improve independence, safety and security.
Mr. Porto was born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Science in business degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, his Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law Graduate Tax Program..
Curran is member of the Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania State Bars. He is an accredited V.A. attorney, and dedicates his time to several organizations, not the least of which is the Alzheimer’s Association, and a Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the Guardian Ad Litem program as a voice for children.
