Curran Kim Porto has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of taxation, estate planning, elder law, business planning probate, trust administration, veterans’ benefits, special needs planning, and real estate matters. He has dedicated his career to assisting others and believes that the practice of law bestows an obligation upon him, as well as other attorneys, to empathize with his clients, and compassionately construct solutions that improve independence, safety and security.
Mr. Porto was born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Science in business degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, his Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law Graduate Tax Program..
Curran is member of the Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania State Bars. He is an accredited V.A. attorney, and dedicates his time to several organizations, not the least of which is the Alzheimer’s Association, and a Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the Guardian Ad Litem program as a voice for children.
